My service advisor was Thomas J Jordan. Firstly, I hate to put negative reviews as i too work in an industry with client facing. However this review is because of the stress/pain that i had to go through to come to terms that my Car engine went bad. Since we expect Hyundai Dealer Service to be experts, it was completely shocking that a car which could be driven was diagnosed as its engine has no compression once they changed the radiator hose and flush the coolant. The local mechanic to whom I took this car was surprised that the Dealer service gave such a verdict. Moreover, the car I got back had all the nuts and bolts in different places. I was told that i need to pay additional to put them all back in one piece.
