Complete scam. After my car was left here for over a month for warranty repairs they hit me with both your batteries are dead which are not covered under warranty. After my car was left here for over a month for warranty repairs they hit me with both your batteries are dead which are not covered under warranty. Both batteries were about $1000 together which fine whatever that's the dealership price but here is where they get you. They charged me 2 hours of labor at 360/h for the batteries!!!! Apparently, each battery is a separate job so even if one battery takes 3 minutes and the other 20 minutes, they will charge each as a separate job for the 1-hour minimum. Do you really want to bring your car to a place that will charge you $720 to replace your batteries? This place is super shady, and they will take advantage of you. More

I also reported a damaged wheel and tire at delivery, but those concerns were never addressed. Now, a new and more serious issue has started — the door button sometimes fails, forcing me to use the emergency door handle just to exit the car. This is not only frustrating but also a serious safety concern. As a returning customer who has bought and traded multiple vehicles here over the years, I expected far better service, communication, and accountability. Instead, I feel ignored and left with a brand-new car that I can’t fully trust. More

Despite reporting these issues right away, I have received little to no support or resolution. As a returning customer, I expected better follow-up and accountability.
