I rarely leave reviews, but after everything I’ve experienced over the past year, I feel people deserve to know before buying a car here. This wasn’t even my first time purchasing from this dealer experienced over the past year, I feel people deserve to know before buying a car here. This wasn’t even my first time purchasing from this dealership. I traded in my previous car, which I had originally bought from you, and expected the process to be straightforward. Instead, I spent nearly 10 hours going back and forth during the purchase. I was offered one amount for my trade-in, but when it came time to sign the paperwork, the numbers suddenly changed. I was told they would “make it right” by sending me a check for the remaining difference and by including oil changes and a three-year transmission warranty. It felt misleading and was an exhausting way to buy a car. Then, the very next day after purchasing the vehicle, it wouldn’t even start because it had a bad battery. I had just bought the car, was so excited to finally have it, and instead I missed work because I couldn’t even drive it. That is not what anyone expects after buying a vehicle. Since then, owning this car has been incredibly expensive. I had to replace the tires much sooner than anyone should after purchasing a vehicle. When I reached out because I had literally just bought the car, I was told that since it came from the “as-is” section, there wasn’t anything they could do. The only solution they offered was $100 off repairs that would have cost me around $1,100 through them. That didn’t feel like standing behind the vehicle they had just sold me. Fast forward to today. I called around 4:45 p.m. to ask about scheduling one of the oil changes that were included with my purchase because the last time I came in, I was told appointments were required. I also wanted to mention that my car has developed a ticking noise and ask who I should speak with about it. The employee I spoke with, Albert, repeatedly talked over me and never let me finish my questions. When I politely asked for his name, he hung up on me. Since I was only about a minute away, I drove to the dealership to speak with someone in person. When I asked Albert for his name again, instead of simply telling me, he kept saying, “Look down, look down,” while laughing. I was confused because I was looking at the paper in front of me, but he apparently meant the nameplate on his desk. The interaction felt childish and completely unprofessional. What made it even worse was standing there as a young woman while multiple employees laughed. Whether they intended it that way or not, I left feeling dismissed, belittled, and embarrassed. No customer should feel that way for simply asking a question. I’m a young buyer who worked hard to afford this car, and it’s actually in my mom’s name. I truly feel she and I were taken advantage of during the purchasing process. Between the misleading trade-in numbers, the bad battery the day after purchase, the expensive tire replacement shortly after buying the car, and now being treated disrespectfully when trying to use services that were promised with my purchase, this has been one disappointment after another. I understand what buying an “as-is” vehicle means. I wasn’t expecting a brand-new car. I was expecting honesty, professionalism, and basic customer service. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received. I hope this review encourages management to take customer concerns more seriously because no one should leave a dealership feeling the way I have. More

Had another terrible experience. After they finally diagnose my headlight being out it took Benny some time to send out the pictures and stuff to get the repair approved by my extended warranty, which I even had to call the extended warranty to check the status of my approval because I wasn’t getting an answer from Benny. Once the repair was approved it was the weekend so my truck didn’t get repairs which I understand but Benny said that it will be done Monday or Tuesday and that he’d call me on Monday to let me know. Didn’t get a call Benny all day so I started calling around 2:30 to try and talk to Benny to see if I can pick up my truck to no avail so called every 30 to an hour and finally when I got in touch with him he said it would be done one Tuesday. On Tuesday I called to find out what time it would be done and obviously I had to call several times to even get in touch with Benny, when I was finally able to talk to him, he told me he would let me know when the repair was done so I could come and pick it up. Waited a bit to get his call and finally when I called by some miracle I was able to get in contact with him after 2 tries, he told me “yea it’s been ready for you to pick up” and when I told him that he told me he would call me when it’s ready but never did he just said “oh sorry”. The only reason I still go here is because it’s where I bought my car and so my extended warranty is linked here so I don’t have to pay anything but at this point I’m paying more than I would for another dealership cus the extended warranty only covers 7 days of rentals AFTER the repairs are approved so I had to pay a week of a rental car out of pocket. I would definitely not recommend even buying your car here because then you’ll be stuck with this service department. This was yet another awful experience here, so terrible that as I made this review, this site glitched at the log in part and I lost my whole review but I came back and put in the review again so I could warn all of you.
