Considering the changing financial environment we are in, I was very happy that my original deal was honored and there were no hidden costs added in. I took delivery of the truck two days later and the entire process from beginning to end was very easy. So called diagnosis was not done. Car was returned dirty and problem not fixed. Dirty means disgusting glue on my driver door, trash in passenger side and my dashcam was ripped out. I was floored by the time frame of 4-6 weeks for my Plug-in Hybrid Pacifica. They worked hard to take care of it in less time and called to keep me informed of progress.
