I went there to get an oil change, I was told it would take 2-3 hours which was kind of a long time for a oil change. I paid $250 for a diagnostic that I didn’t get. I didn’t request tire service and the tires had low air pressure when I picked it up. Did not fix the recalls on the car. I called a tow truck and they drove the car out to me, which means the car did start and they could have done a diagnostic but refused because I didn’t pay them $2,000. I was completely ripped off. My invoice supports what I am claiming. More

They have an internet sales, for what reason is unknown to me, tried for several days to buy a car over the internet, also by phone and was told I need to come into to the dealership to buy it. The worst, the most shadiest dealership ever.
