I was floored by the time frame of 4-6 weeks for my Plug-in Hybrid Pacifica. They worked hard to take care of it in less time and called to keep me informed of progress. Took wayyyyyy too long… Booked an appointment for a simple oil change. Left the car there went to work out at the gym, came back 2 hours later and the car was still not ready, had to wait an other 35 m simple oil change. Left the car there went to work out at the gym, came back 2 hours later and the car was still not ready, had to wait an other 35 minutes… For an oil change!! Not sure if their was a change in management or something but these past 2 experiences have been horrible… More
