In all honesty I truly wish I didn’t have to write this but this dealership is the worst I’ve dealt with in all my years of car purchasing especially the service department. We were looked after by Jose Baptista and Isty who both took excellent care of us. Isty helped me order my new car and as it took a few months, he kept us updated. When we came to pick up the car, it was J took excellent care of us. Isty helped me order my new car and as it took a few months, he kept us updated. When we came to pick up the car, it was Jose who took us through the inspection and answered all our questions, and then some! I scheduled an oil change and a software recall at 7 AM to be done on my Jeep Gladiator. They wanted me to leave my vehicle there all day, which I didn’t think was necessary. They got the work done in 2 ho to be done on my Jeep Gladiator. They wanted me to leave my vehicle there all day, which I didn’t think was necessary. They got the work done in 2 hours. The waiting area is not desirable. Bathrooms say not for public use, which makes a person think they were only for employees. I don’t live in Burbank, so I don’t need to worry about going back. More
