We purchased a preowned Tesla Model S. We found the car through Internet Sales. Upon arriving the people were great, however their Tesla product knowledge was not great, and neither was my mine. They main through Internet Sales. Upon arriving the people were great, however their Tesla product knowledge was not great, and neither was my mine. They maintained the price as offered via the Internet, and the financing rate they offered was good., Additionally, an error code was identified on the car, and they corrected the code, and delivered the car to my house in Riverside area 2 days later.after this correction. We gave them a 3 of 5 due to their product knowledge, and the amount of time we had to wait for them to complete the contract paperwork. However, I feel they were fair and went above and beyond by driving out to deliver the vehicle, and maintains their promises. More

Ok service. Always difficult to get a hold of anyone. Always feel like I’m being duped to get other services done that I would have just gotten the previous visit and know I don’t need now. Service dept employee was stating I needed multiple services that were not required including 4x4 service. My car is RWD… I instructed the svc. Dept. Employee to only perform the maintenance that is re services that were not required including 4x4 service. My car is RWD… I instructed the svc. Dept. Employee to only perform the maintenance that is required at 30K miles per the vehicle’s owner manual. SUGGESTING all this extra stuff is one thing but telling the customer their car “NEEDS” it is just dishonest and undermines the trust customer’s give. Their lack of honesty/competency has made me lose the ability trust this service dept. More
