Car came in for a standard 20k checkup. I dropped the car off at 8am and received a call back around 1pm notifying me my car was ready to be picked up. They even gave my car a carwash which was greatly appreciated! Taking off a star though because the service person was trying to get me to buy some add-ons/replacement parts for my vehicle which sounded too early for my car to be needing them (brake fluid change, full engine cleanout) and when I checked the car's manual, the minimum recommendation for when these should've been done was 30k miles. So it was not appreciated that I was being recommended services my car clearly did not need and I will be much more careful about any future services I'm being recommended. Or I will simply come to the dealership for the standard checkup and go to a trusted mechanic for higher level items who will only give me those tune-ups when I truly need them. More
