I’ve gone to the dealership for maintenance on my relatively new pickup truck. The service advisers were communicative via text and call and were generally very nice and professional. I checked the prices they charged for services against a mechanic I know for a long time and trust and they check out. Slightly above market average but well within range of normal, especially considering that they are liable and must warranty their work as a dealership. More recently I had an issue with my truck that put it out of commission for a long time and was very frustrated that I was without a loaner or rental vehicle for 2 weeks before it got solved. At first I was mad and disappointed dealership and its employees, but then came Michael Gonzalez. He’s the customer relations manager, and he helped me out and went above and beyond the call of duty by giving me his own company Jeep Grand Cherokee to drive home with immediately and went to work on getting me a replacement truck. Then he even pulled through on that! Got me a temp replacement that’s even better than my own. Overall I’m very happy with my experience at Russell Westbrook Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, especially because of the efforts and care of Michael Gonzalez. More
Basic oil change with appointment is over 3hours everyone is in a bad mood unhappy overwhelmed employees! Terrible service. Nobody cares about anything here. I’ve been rejected from 13 different dealers in the pass 4 years due to having terrible credit I messaged Jonathan just to get information on a car and I told him I had a credit scored of 57, I didn’t have a license, and only had 500 downpayment. He didn’t asked me forgot non of that all he asked me was for an opportunity. On my way to the dealer I was looking to see what buses would take me back home, I left from the dealer with a car. I am very excited with my purchase. Dealer helped me out get close to my monthly payments I wanted. Very nice and friendly sales person. Only thing I wasn't too happy was that I purchased a new car but inte get close to my monthly payments I wanted. Very nice and friendly sales person. I called to make a reservation for a recall notice. Dropped off the car for the repair oil change and tire rotation. Left the car for 1.5 days.
