Searched 42 websites ,emailed 21 different dealerships. Talked with 7 different sales reps. Only one was straight up about everything to me. My new vehicle was being serviced for a second time and was promised, for a second time, that it would be detailed since it was never detailed when I bought it 2 weeks ago. Just as before, my vehicle wasn’t detail when I picked up. Grease all over my hood, leather seats, and dirty floor mats with muddy foot prints. Unlike other dealership service departments who care about their customer’s property, Westbrook CJDR doesn’t use any protective barriers when they work on your vehicle, i.e. paper mats to cover your carpet or plastics to cover the seats. I highly recommend seeking service for your vehicle elsewhere. Westbrook CJDR has failed to provide top customer service and failed to uphold their promises. More

Completely regretting my purchase of a CPO Jeep from this dealership that was supposed to be our family car. Only had the vehicle two weeks at the end of July, when it stalled 3 times. One of those times was dealership that was supposed to be our family car. Only had the vehicle two weeks at the end of July, when it stalled 3 times. One of those times was from the hospital after the birth of our son! Currently the car has been back in service for over 30 days, longer than we have even driven it let alone had it in our possession and they are having difficulty figuring our what is “wrong” with it. I’ve asked to be out in touch with the service manager or director, someone who can help me get my money back and make things right, and have had no luck, it seems no one wants to take responsibility for selling us a bad car. Extremely disappointing to say the least. I recommend looking elsewhere to purchase your next vehicle. More
