Terrible sales team/management at this dealership. I came in to make a deal on a second consecutive lease. The salesman were disrespectful, sleazy and dishonest. They seem to be way more interested came in to make a deal on a second consecutive lease. The salesman were disrespectful, sleazy and dishonest. They seem to be way more interested in their bottom line than keeping returning customers happy. There was no personal or pleasant experience getting another vehicle from this dealership. The tire pressure light on dashboard was still on after service with no feedback or warning about my concern. I had to return the next day in which a service agent simply added air, again, not fully inspec service with no feedback or warning about my concern. I had to return the next day in which a service agent simply added air, again, not fully inspecting the tires. Turns out there was a nail in my tire which caused a full flat in the middle of the road two days later. Their sloppy work is hazardous and could’ve severely caused harm to my vehicle. More

It seems like my service advisor only wanted to have a lot of unneeded service work done, and was not concerned about the problem I brought it in for. I declined the services and took it to a different m lot of unneeded service work done, and was not concerned about the problem I brought it in for.
