Had to go there 5 times to pick up my spare key for my new truck. Every time I’ve went, they said they didn’t have it and must of misplaced it after I called the previous days to make sure it was in. Still never got an owners manual for my truck either. Service department are respectful but the people on the floor are very rude and full of themselves. More

When we got there, Reza refused to honor the price, even going as far as lying that the salesman I spoke to had mixed up the vehicles, was a young kid, and was being disciplined for his mistake. I spoke directly to the salesman, who they never even spoke to about any of this. He wasn’t a young kid, and hadn’t made a mistake. His GM had given him the price. So obviously being lied to isn’t a great experience. They also didn’t clean the vehicle well, and considering COVID, we’d been promised it would be detailed and disinfected. It was filthy when we test drove it and not ready. When we finished the purchase, and my son drove off, it’s fortunate he noticed the tank was completely empty. How could they let us drive off with no gas? To top it all off, clearly COVID protocols are not being followed. Well over half the employees had masks below their mouth, nose, or totally off. At least half the customers did too. We felt very uncomfortable to be in there. When I mentioned this to Joe, he said he pulls it down because he needs to breathe! That’s the entire point of the mask, so you aren’t breathing into the open! We hope the car is better than the experience there. More

Employees are rude. Went for a simple oil change told 2 hours wait 4 and a half. Didn’t fulfill everything I was told they were gonna do for my car. Told I was waiting extra for the car wash...never did hours wait 4 and a half. Didn’t fulfill everything I was told they were gonna do for my car. Told I was waiting extra for the car wash...never did that. Literally had to track down an employee so they could just give me my car key because I saw it just sitting there. Not worth all the money I spent.. regret buying my car there and taking it for service. Won’t be doing that again. I would do 0 stars if it was an option. More
