One of the worst service experiences I have had. If it wasn’t for my prepaid oil change package I’d never go here again. My truck was left filthy upon delivery. I then complained that the wash that was pr wasn’t for my prepaid oil change package I’d never go here again. My truck was left filthy upon delivery. I then complained that the wash that was promised was obviously not completed. They had it for another hour until after 7pm when service was closed. Only to deliver a still dirty truck. I will likely not be back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealer. More

The Rip Off Products such as Nitrofill and Xzillon were written into my contract totaling $1500. When I called Nitrofill, I discovered that Ricardo Mancilla (Fin Products such as Nitrofill and Xzillon were written into my contract totaling $1500. When I called Nitrofill, I discovered that Ricardo Mancilla (Financial Manager) neglected to give me a member number that I needed to give to Nitrofill in order to register my car. I called Ricardo and Johnny Briseno (Salesman) everyday, to no avail. I came back to the dealership and met with Ricardo who promised that he would contact me with the number and he never did. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service. I sent emails to Calvin Gulum and Vikas Mehandroo, who have never responded. I want these products taken off of my contract. I dont need them or want them. They are a rip off! More
