I hated it. It was a terrible experience. They ripped me off. They were supposed to change the brake fluids but after I left the dealership, a few days later I found that they did not, even though they char off. They were supposed to change the brake fluids but after I left the dealership, a few days later I found that they did not, even though they charged me for the job that they did not. I took the car to another mechanic shop a few days later for some other problem and they showed to me that the brake fluid was so dark and old and had not been changed at all for months and months! Really Bravo to your dealership....I had even purchased my same Dodge ram from that dealership about 5 years ago! I would never ever go back to that dealership again. And I am sure I would never ever purchase any other vehicle for my business and my family either. Shame on you for ripping me off. More

Overall it was a good experience. Had to wait around a bit to get everything finalized. Still ran my credit even though I already had a bank check ready to go. Thankfully it still had factory warranty remaining on it. More
Well, each employee gives you a different answer which causes inconveniences. Like when I am told i can bring the car in without an appt after calling 1st and Then when I get there I am told that is not p causes inconveniences. Like when you need someone asap !and they put you through to someone's v/m who is off for that day, and not available.? Chairs in the service dept might be helpful to the elderly and handicapped.seems like no effort in thinking ahead or extra cares are taken to follow through with tasks in helping customers.none More

A new employee named Luke was great, and seemed to really have willingness and integrity. The next person, Lili Paz, I spoke too, needed some work in her customer service skils. I mentioned the vehicle I was interested and the advertised price, and she bluntly says "Let me tell you, you're not gonna get it anywhere near that price." She said the out the door price would be another 4-5 thousand dollars. I tried to do what I could to lock in the advertised price online, and then she spammed me with 5 emails. Not good. Why don't business just say what they mean and mean what they say when they advertise? I was just trying to get the deal they put online, with reasonable taxes and appropriate fees added on (10-12% or so). No dice. More

Following up on my review from last year of Russell Westbrook Chrysler Jeep. They are horrible and cause more problems than they repair. I was there last year and had a new Sensor put into my tire bec Westbrook Chrysler Jeep. They are horrible and cause more problems than they repair. I was there last year and had a new Sensor put into my tire because 1 was defective. Well not only did they put a new sensor in they NEVER took out the defective one. They just punched it through and left it in the tire to damage my brand new tires that I got 1 week before bringing it in for service. I went to America's Tire whom I highly recommend to rotate tires every 5000 miles. Upon rotating them they heard a noise coming from the tire. They notified me and I watched them take apart the tire from the rim and thats when we noticed a sensor floating around in the tire plus the new one that the Russell Westbrook service department replaced was still in tact. I took pictures and called both Mike the service manager 3 times and Vikas the general manager. No response then Mike decided to call 2 days after leaving messages. I explained problem last week and neither has still gotten back to me. I emailed them the pictures as well so they can see the sensor, the new sensor still in tact and the damage that was done. Vikas still ignoring and Mike I left a message yesterday to follow up again and no response. They have no quality control and are not a reputable dealership. Too bad the superstar himself Russell Westbrook would never know how horrible is dealership is. I would never recommend this place. More
