Terrible-no respect for the prospective customer Husband and I received a personal letter from Calvin Gulam/Vikar Mehandroo regarding the interest of this dealership purchasing our car. Calvin reque Husband and I received a personal letter from Calvin Gulam/Vikar Mehandroo regarding the interest of this dealership purchasing our car. Calvin requested that we call him if we were interested in selling the car. We did so twice, each time having to leave voicemail after being told that Calvin was there are the dealership. I left our telephone number, name and reason for the call each time. Never received a call. That is total lack of respect for the the prospective customer. Of course we took our business of trading in the car for a Jeep Wrangler to another dealer. More

Probably one of the worst experiences I have had. Over priced labor, rude customer Service team. Left 4 messages and had to call 10 times to get an answer on where my car is. I am going to make sure to make the Yelp and google rating of this dealership down to 1 star. They aren’t going to get away with this one. $110.00 part &410 dollar label for 2 hours of work on replacing a sensor! Are serious?!! Even the porsche dealership isn’t that high lol at least you would get a better treatment. We are a group for 30 Jeep owners that do everything together. Oh the other 29 know about you now. More

Avoid this Dodge dealership. I had a awfully bad experience. The sale person Ramirez and the Financial employee failed to explain the pre contract disclosure. I was charged 1499.00 for theft patrol, experience. The sale person Ramirez and the Financial employee failed to explain the pre contract disclosure. I was charged 1499.00 for theft patrol, 500.00 for wax and 995.00 for moose optimal debt cancellation agreement. Also, the car I purchase had a scratch and the dealership did not fix the problem after four attempts. The only positive experience I remember at the dealership it was clean. More

Worst experience ever! I learned what the term "roasting" means. They lost my DL to top it off! The finance manager (Chris) who is temporarily helping was the reason I ended up with the car. My salesperson N means. They lost my DL to top it off! The finance manager (Chris) who is temporarily helping was the reason I ended up with the car. My salesperson Nate was helpful until I had to continually call looking for my DL. I also talked to Jocelyn and she promised to call me back and never did. The sales manager Moses was not helpful. To top it off when I was done with the finance manager they were giving me the wrong car! I had to wait and additional hour and 20 minutes for the car to be washed! More
