The service department is the worst! You literally have to yell at people to be noticed or greeted. But thats only because they're busy talking to one another at the time. I spent several hours waiting for an oil change. After letting my emergency flasher on for the first 3 1/2 hours my car would not start. They had me captive so I had to buy a battery to get done. Terrible service. This place is a joke. Brought my car in, they said they fixed it, next day the car was dead again. Returned the car, they had it for five days, once returned, they broke and bent the wi in, they said they fixed it, next day the car was dead again. Returned the car, they had it for five days, once returned, they broke and bent the windshield wiper, didn’t tell me, I had to inspect the car and find it. Three days later after not hearing from them, I called to see if they had the windshield wiper arm. They finally fixed it and now I never have to go back thank goodness. What a disaster of a dealership from start to finish. More
