Poor after Sales Service Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with after sales services!!! I leased the Dodge Charger on Nov 12,2019 and I was told to come pick up the spare Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with after sales services!!! I leased the Dodge Charger on Nov 12,2019 and I was told to come pick up the spare key on Nov 15th but I couldn’t make it on that day due to work so went on Nov 16th. Joshua Alvarado was the sales person and he refused to give me the key and told me (with an attitude) to text him to schedule an appointment. I texted him a couple of times to schedule an appointment but he never responded to my texts. I went to the dealership at least 5 times. Every time I went, they made excuses like “can you reschedule the appointment or the guy who programs the key to the car is not here” so upsettingly I rescheduled. When I went back on my scheduled day, they said “the person who programs the key isn’t here so we can’t give you the key” even asked Josh and Rodriguez to let me speak with the Dealership manager but they insisted on a reschedule. They even double charged me on the down payment. They took a check from me and took my credit card details as backup but charged card AND deposited the check. I called the dealership to tell them I was double charged, they told me to come by so they can reverse one payment. When I got there, I was told that the finance manager was not in and for me to come back. Ultimately I have to call my bank to fix it. Also, when I got the car, it was dark out so I didn’t realize that there were a few scratches on the hood. I called about the scratches and was told to make an appointment so they can buff them out. I have been calling to schedule an appointment but nobody answers or calls back. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS! They take your money and have no customer service beyond selling you a car. I deeply regret leasing from this place. More
bait and switch on internet advertised sales price. this dealer has such great reviews, but my experience unfortunately, was not a good one. after multiple emails discussing the price of a vehicle they this dealer has such great reviews, but my experience unfortunately, was not a good one. after multiple emails discussing the price of a vehicle they had advertised with internet sales person john mejia, and after he assured that there were no conditional offers on the car, i finally went in to take a look and drive. he asked what it would take for me to buy the car that day and i said i would take it at the advertised price. he then asks for my ssn for a credit check and after i told him that i did not need financing he says ok but when we start filling out paperwork, he hands me a sheet that specifically asks me for my ssn for a credit check. after i refused to sign this, his sales manager eventually comes over and tells me that for the deal, i would have to use their financing and take their dealer add-ons, which amounted to thousands of additional dollars. he tries to explain why they can't sell me the car for advertised price on their website without these conditions. i was not asking for anything other than the price they listed on their own website. this felt completely like false advertising and a bait and switch situation. Buying of a new vehicle Show Rm. was clean, the bathrooms where clean, employees where considerate and checking if they could get you something to drink. But, the hip hop mus Show Rm. was clean, the bathrooms where clean, employees where considerate and checking if they could get you something to drink. But, the hip hop music is about 25 disciples over the top, enough to drive you outside to the cold or down the road. More
Most of my concerns was resolved. Benny order new keys and faulty parts for replacement. However, the main concern I have with the vehicle haven’t been resolved.
