First service expereince with this dealer, but wouldnt repea Horrible communication amd impossible to get a hold of my service advisor Benny. When i finally got a hold of him i told him the problem, never called Horrible communication amd impossible to get a hold of my service advisor Benny. When i finally got a hold of him i told him the problem, never called me back. Only after several calls the service receptionist said my car was ready. When i showed up, Benny said that parts of the wiring harness were broken but he had gotten them on, in the meantime. Never gave me an option or price to replace ( car is 2 mo ths old and someone had attempted to steal it). I asked him what it would cost to replace the part , ( he hadnt even checked that) after some research said $3900 ( which warranted an insurance claim). I left , and texted and called over 5 times. Even left a message for the GM amd Service Manager, no call back. I needed a estimate to submit to my insurance. Anyway, ill give the $3900 job to another dealer that wants the job. Dont go there unless you want your full time job to be chasing them down. Worst customer service ive ever experienced More

Very Poor customer service and follow up all together . Very poor experience over all , not expected considering the big name of this Dealership . Ordered a new truck , once ordered I could not get a mang Very poor experience over all , not expected considering the big name of this Dealership . Ordered a new truck , once ordered I could not get a manger or any one back on the line for several weeks to follow up (maybe one time ) . Finally had to find number my self at FCA website and I was able to track my truck any time I needed . Why wasn't I given this number to begin with ? It stills puzzles me. Mind you , I when I actually got someone on the line I asked if there was a site or number I can track the progress , I was told no. Finally the time comes to get truck , I call dealer and tell THEM , hey truck is at train yard when is it coming in ? Why Im I doing their job ? again I'm still wondering . Finally they tell me " it will be here in 2 day we will rush it." Then the day of , they call me in the morning , "oh didn't make it in the morning shipment , it will be here by 4:30" . So I show up at 4:30 guess what ? its not there . Oh well ,after 3 hrs of "it will be just a minute please wait" and a pretty "relaxed" posted at a counter sales manager Reza I had to chase down to tell I had to go ,I finally I get the finance and paper work done and I'll pick up the day after the holiday . My sales person Ozzy was ok but I think he did the best he could with the resources he has or lack there of. The most professional person there was Max the finance person . By far you could tell this was is a different kind of caliber. Overall a bad experience for a person buying a 81,000 truck . Imagine building and ordering your dream truck ,one of the biggest purchases you will make . to deal with this incompetence, At the very least humor your customers, pretend you care. I know I should of gone to Hunter dodge in Landcaster they have 4.5 stars on google. I hear they say hundreds of cars a year, but the does not mean they provide quality service . If you're buying a car and don't care , go here . If you want actual service I suggest you look elsewhere. More
