Great price on my Ram truck I was attracted to this dealership for its price on the vehicle I wanted. A far drive for me but worth it for the price. Sales guy Mario was helpful I was attracted to this dealership for its price on the vehicle I wanted. A far drive for me but worth it for the price. Sales guy Mario was helpful but I did not appreciate the fact that they charged me $3000 for a gps tracker (theft patrol) that did not work. Finance guy (forgot his name) was very talkative which is not bad but when the deal was done and he was handing me the final papers he kept insisting that I lick the envelope. Which was very uncomfortable and weird. My daughter was next to me and she was somewhat disturbed by that. I had to call the company( theftpatrol) and they are sending someone over to fix and or replace. My vehicle was only filled to 3/4 of fuel when I was told it would be filled up. My truck was delivered somewhat dirty inside and out and and nobody went over the vehicle as they delivered. More

Over-priced I obviously knew going to the dealer was going to be expensive but $1333 for brake pads and rear rotor? That was ridiculous. However, again, I should have walked away at the price. BUT what was super displeasing is that I said yes to a car wash. I dropped the car 7:30. Pick it up around 4:30 and its not clean. The guy who dropped the car was like "oh sorry we were just slammed today. I could put it now in the back but its going to be 40 minutes". That really upset me after giving them my business and they were the ones to offer the car wash courtesy. More
