I appreciate Benny's help and attempts to do the right thing. But, sometimes there is a lack of communication. And mostly, it's around him being limited to the mess that is the service wait, the service, thing. But, sometimes there is a lack of communication. And mostly, it's around him being limited to the mess that is the service wait, the service, and the 4xe I leased that is unfixable. How many times can he call me and say the same thing? The last "service" was one where they did a SOFTWARE UPDATE. That's it. They took the car for A MONTH. And did something my Tesla would do daily when needed over the air while I was at home. In fact, when I did once do your over the air update my car didn't work for DAYS. And there was no fix for it. My lease is up in less than 6 weeks. Any other business would attempt to make this right--to try to sell me on why I should lease from them again, and offer some deal to make it worth it. But... nothing. It's my first time getting a jeep and it's the worst experience I have ever had with a car since I was 16 (I'm 52). And I'm still getting service recalls AND notices that I should bring my car in for an oil change, etc. Or people writing to try to buy my car. And other auto messages I'm sure you send. It's absurd. You have a lot of work to do. More

Lackluster customer service. She sped through the documents and argued that I needed the extended warranty when I didn't need it to get more money on top of the sale.
