Inappropriate Comments Our salesperson, Pouria, when I was asked what my monthly income was stated “wow, it sure must be nice.” So incredibly inappropriate. I was appalled Our salesperson, Pouria, when I was asked what my monthly income was stated “wow, it sure must be nice.” So incredibly inappropriate. I was appalled. Credit manager commented when I declined the extended warranty — “well I guess you will never need repairs“ and “so you are going to pay for your repairs yourself?” In a condescending tone. Lastly, after taking over 3 and 1/2 hours when we had a written deal before we walked in the door we inquired how much longer was it going to take. Our salesperson, Pouria, stated “as soon as I can get you out of here I can go sell another car, so we are in the same boat.” Absolutely unbelievable. I will never purchase a car from this dealership again nor would I ever recommend it. More

I went there looking to have them check on a code. West valled dodge said they dont do those types of things on the weekend. I called Russel Westbook Jeep and asked if they look at engine issues on weekends and they do. not only that they're open until 7pm. this is unheard of with service depts. I came in with my mopar service contract and it was night and day compared to west valley dodge. the setup a rental car for me and kept in contact. they're doing what service departments should be doing.
