They took that car in around 7:30AM got my an UBER to work. Got my vehicle shortly after they were closing the service desk but the gentleman was cool and got my car anyway. Only gripe is my jeep got driven next to a vehicle that was being washed. Got a few drops of water on the windshield, jeep then got parked near bushes by the fence where it got dirt and dust caked on the windshield. No biggy though, what the jeep went in for got done. More

Unprofessional Experience Our poor experience started very quickly when we arrived. We had a pre-negotiated deal with Pouria Deilamy due to having a pre-existing written offer Our poor experience started very quickly when we arrived. We had a pre-negotiated deal with Pouria Deilamy due to having a pre-existing written offer at another dealership that led us to Pouria — who confirmed he could give us a better deal. Once we arrived, we went thru Pouria and three layers of management to confirm. From the outset, we shared that we had a deal from another dealership and if we didn’t get the deal we agreed to, we would leave and go to the other dealership. About an hour later (and consistent attempts to up the price), we finally agreed to the deal which we already had in writing. Shortly thereafter, during the application process, when I provided my annual income to Pouria, he commented — “it sure must be nice.” 100% inappropriate to comment on my income. I was appalled. During signing, the finance manager, when I declined your extended warranty, commented “I guess you won’t have any repairs” and “so you are just going to pay for them yourself”. I get it that you are trying to sell a product that has a good margin — no problem. But when a customer says no, you shouldn’t receive a snide comment in return. Lastly, after being at the dealership for over three hours on a deal that was pre-negotiated, we asked when the car would be ready. Pouria’s response, “believe me, the sooner you get out of here the sooner I can sell another car, so we are on the same page.” Once again — 100% inappropriate. On the flip side of all of this, we were offered water multiple times and my son and his girlfriend were able to get free ice cream. Paul Selsor More
