Service is unacceptable I brought my Jeep for a routine inspection and oils change. I was informed that the service would take approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete. The service advisor never called me and I called 3 times before speaking to anyone. The advisor who finally answered the phone could not tell me if my car was ready and insisted that “my” service advisor would need to call me back. About a half an hour later I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived, after checking out, I waited another 20 minutes for my car. When I got home, I saw that the tire rotation was not performed because they were unable to find my wheel locks. The advisor usually asks for wheel locks upon arrival, which he did not, and he never called to request them after I left. Advisor also did not inform me that the tire rotation was not performed when I picked up my vehicle. Instead I was quoted an astronomical amount of money to replace a part. Now that my car is no longer under warranty, I will return to a trusted mechanic who cares about customer service. More

Despite of having some miscommunication about the downpayment between him and the guy that helped us during the signing IT'S OKAY. We realized that it was not the negotiated amount by the end of the contract signing and I LET IT GO, because i don't want to start all over the signing process.
