I have never been treated so poorly All but 2 of the employees who were around when we bought our van last June are no longer there. And it’s no wonder. This is seriously the worst exper All but 2 of the employees who were around when we bought our van last June are no longer there. And it’s no wonder. This is seriously the worst experience at ANY dealership we’ve ever had dealings with! Last year the service dept kept our van for 3 weeks without ever calling to tell us what was going on. and then again this summer they had it for over 2 weeks to diagnose a problem we had been after them to handle last year! They sold it to us and then put it out on the lot to sell! Luckily we happened to stop by to look at it again and we’re able to call them on it. It wasn’t even cleaned/detailed properly. They sold it as a Certified Car, with a million promises that they’d fix anything that wasn’t “up to standards of a certified car”... but naturally the lack of communication and cooperation between sales and service, in the end we still did not ever get certain issues resolved after a year of back & forth! Every step of the way in our dealings with them was Uber frustrating. Do yourself a favor and just avoid them altogether! More

After several disappointments with the unprofessionalism from other sales personnel's car dealership on Van Nuys boulevard, we arrived at Russell Westbrook dealership to look at the Dodge Durango and Ram trucks. We were welcomed with the upmost respect and professionalism by Michelle and helped us through our decision making process on the vehicle that we ultimately purchase. Very frustrating and disappointed. Customer service is awful. Had to call corporate to get a response from the dealer. I was on hold for more than 25 minutes to simply be hung up on. Called again and they acted they could not hear me. Then customer rep answered and told me if I wanted a status of my car to go in person. What do we have phones for? I asked for her name and refused to give it to me. I had to go in person to try to get my car. They said it would be ready on a day, but called me that same day and ruined my plans. There’s no consistency, no communication skills in this dealer. I arrived home and realized they damaged my hood latch release wires. I spent an additional day trying to resolve that issue. Alex was caring and polite, but when trying to get an update, same thing happened, waited or got passed around. I would not be going here again. Very disappointing and discouraging. I would rather take my car for repair somewhere else. My family owns jeeps and won’t be returning here as well. Suggestion: employees should wear name tags. They lie about their names. More
