Went in for a service and I had to wait for a bit. Israel came up to me and asked me if I been helped, he asked me if I was interested in a new model of my vehicle (Grand Cherokee) he introduced me to Dave Escobar which took me around their parking lot to view all the vehicles they had, he was very patient even under the 100 degree heat told me to take my time. They both did not try to pull any sales tactics or try to bamboozle me in anything I didn't want to do. The best part of it all I didn't think they could do what I asked for especially that I still had payments left on my 2014 Jeep. I had an amazing experience with the process and Eduardo did an amazing job prepping my new vehicle. I recommend Eduardo, Dave, and Israel if you are looking to do a purchase they will try to do anything in their power to make sure you are happy thru the process. More

Quick and Professional I went to two different dealerships before going to Westbrook CDJR. I went online, got connected with Omar, told him I would be there in an hour to lo I went to two different dealerships before going to Westbrook CDJR. I went online, got connected with Omar, told him I would be there in an hour to look at the vehicle I had my eye on. When I got there, Omar had the car in front ready for me. Great Dealership that has kept me coming back for years! I’ve been going to Russel Westbrook for years now and for good reasons. The staff and service departments are second to none and in my many years of I’ve been going to Russel Westbrook for years now and for good reasons. The staff and service departments are second to none and in my many years of buying cars, I’ve never had an experience that had a friendlier, no-hassle and fast staff. The first time I went to Russel Westbrook CJDR, I was buying my Jeep at the end of its lease. It was raining that day and as soon as I parked, there was a staff member that greeted me at my car with an umbrella to walk me in. *I was done with the process of buying my car in under 45 minutes.* I was impressed and almost shocked because this dealership experience was different and much better than I was used to. Flash forward a couple years and I was ready for a new car. I shopped my Jeep around with various dealership including Carmax and the offers I received were less than I expected. I stopped by Russel Westbrook CJDR and not only did they buy my car, but they beat every offer I had on my Jeep by a large margin. My experience with this dealership has only made me trust them more and I ended up getting another Jeep from them. Best part… I was there for under an hour and a half. I want to thank everyone for helping me with the sale of my previous Jeep and with the lease of my new Jeep Gladiator and the years of great service from the service department. You guys are great! I will definitely be back. More
