I just leased a brand new JEEP ALTITUDE from this dealership . My credit sucked, (not because I had debt) because I had no real credit history. I knew getting a car was going to be an issue, in addition to the fact that I am also self-employed. I knew I wanted a new JEEP, but didn't think it would be possible with the little I had to put down and the low monthly payment I was hoping for. My intention was to get a used Jeep Cherokee and build my credit from there. Once I met Israel, the salesperson at the dealership, I was overwhelmed by his genuine hospitality. I was exhausted from the day of searching for vehicles, getting absurd interest rates, and really appreciated his patience. After test driving the used jeep and going over my options Israel mentioned there was a possibility to get into something new. That is when I met his manager, JOE, who never gave me the "sales pitch" slime vibe that so many car dealers offer. These guys were genuine from the start and listened to my entire story about credit and work history. It was because they listened that they were able to make sense of the best way to structure a deal for me to get me approved. Which after a few days of back and forth with the bank, happened. Not only did it happen BUT it was a deal that was considerably less than I expected. These guys took the time to find exactly what I wanted and I felt went above and beyond to help me. It was more than getting a sale, it was about getting me satisfied. That's rare in this day and age and especially at dealers. My old jeep died at 208,000 miles and I am happy I stayed loyal by getting a new one and making new friends at this dealership! More

I came into Van Nuys CDJR after purchasing a 2015 jeep patriot from Hooman dealership in LA (BIG MISTAKE) . I was a first time buyer and was having buyers remorse after finding out that this jeep dealership had the actual model of Patriot that I had originally wanted AND they were offering KILLER rebates!! (No rebates were even mentioned at Hooman and they didn't have the model of jeep that wanted-they actually told me.it didn't exist..) So I went in here with a heavy heart realizing I had jumped into a purchase that was not as good as the deal and model I would have been given at Van Nuys. When I walked in I brought my paperwork from the Hooman Heep purchase basically saying "can you help me!?! I made a big mistake!!!!" I was lucky enough to have Anthony Brashier as my salesman and from the moment I met him we hit it off having lots in common and him just being a truthful, kindhearted, quality person in general. This was not a typical sales situation. I was looking to get out of my brand new jeep and into another brand new jeep but with the amenities I had originally wanted (leather interior, sunroof) and was wishing that I had come to this dealership first. Between Anthony, Eric (the manager) and Max (in financing) I could not have been happier with the outcome to my tragic scenario. They helped me find a way to not be completely devastated about the $6,000 down payment I had made on my original purchase, basically got me back 3/4 of that in rebates and discount, helped me find a monthly payment that I was still comfortable making and in the long run will end up paying less for this car that the one I originally had that didn't meet all my standards and was a "base model" vehicle. It took a lot of time and effort on everyones part who was involved and they truly did everything in their power to help me come out of this situation happy and not having to have put out any more money. I am SO SO SO glad to have a home at this new dealership (which is way closer to my apartment than Hooman) and to be able to be surrounded by truely genuine and good people that are looking to help you in any way possible. I am trying not to beat myself up about not coming to this dealership first (I would give anything to take back that Hooman purchase) but these guys have done everything in their power to make this a much less expensive lesson to learn than it could have been, AND I'm In the car that I really truely wanted from the start. Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart for all of your help with Every aspect of my situation, I'm so grateful to be able to deal with this A+ team instead of the one I would have been stuck with at Hooman. Even after looking at other Jeep dealerships, nobody was even close to being able to answer my questions like Anthony did. The other salesmen at other dealerships would answer my questions with generic statements like, "Well I'm not sure, because this car just came out." But Anthony knew it all. It was clear he had passion for what he was selling and also that he genuinely cared about the car and my satisfaction with it.
