So called diagnosis was not done. Car was returned dirty and problem not fixed. Dirty means disgusting glue on my driver door, trash in passenger side and my dashcam was ripped out. I was floored by the time frame of 4-6 weeks for my Plug-in Hybrid Pacifica. They worked hard to take care of it in less time and called to keep me informed of progress. Mat Eatezadi not only reeked of body odor and alcohol but he had a disgusting attitude as well. After I declined his ridiculous offer on a car he began to scream at me in front of everyone in the main show r he had a disgusting attitude as well.
