Took my Jeep in because one of my windows would not roll back up. I was told a part needed to be replaced among other things. I also had a issue with a tapping sound coming from my glove compartment. I ended up declining the services because the estimate was insane. I asked to have my window covered up and it was done, very poorly. When I got into my car my glove compartment was sitting on the floor of my car. They took it apart and failed to put it back in place. Never going back. More

I called for help and Payman Arjang not only helped me with a discount but he was very friendly and understand my situation he gave me the number to contact the corporation of my car to ask for help and support but they did not help with anything. Now I’m left to pay these costs on my own even though they were the ones who had trouble finding the part, and told me there was nothing more they could do. I’d just like to say FY and at least have the decency to pay for the rest of the days I had to borrow the rental since the only reason I had to keep paying was because you were the ones at fault. The only reason I even borrowed the rental was because I was told it would only take no more than 3 to 5 days to fix. Now after my car finally came back I’m finding yet another problem and have to go back again. More

I feel that I was totally ripped off. The service person was not specific about what was wrong with my lemon. Almost $300 dollars an hour for labor. I will avoid this place by all means!
