I don’t feel like the dealer provided good service. I made a reservation more than a month in advance , confirmed the reservation a week out, only to get to the dealer, and be told that they were not pre made a reservation more than a month in advance , confirmed the reservation a week out, only to get to the dealer, and be told that they were not prepared to do the service that day. Next, the dealer only completed half the work, only for me to tell them that they did not complete one of the service that they are trying to charge me for. They went back and completed the work, but lost my trust. I will have to really think hard if I would give them my Buisness again. More

Everyone in the staff is rude. No one wants to help you, they treat you like a hindrance. There is really no need to make an appointment because they’ll treat you so badly for it anyway. Unreliable and worst customer service I have ever experienced! I had an appointment to get my car serviced and AC checked, along with my garage car opener not working. The advisor told me it would ta experienced! I had an appointment to get my car serviced and AC checked, along with my garage car opener not working. The advisor told me it would take 2 days to check my vehicle. On the third day, no one had called me to tell me what was wrong with my car. I called and after trying 3-4 times, someone picked up in the service department. They told me that my advisor would call me the next day. I did not get a call on the fourth day. I called and again it took 3-4 times to get someone on the phone, and they told me my advisor would call me back, I told them that was unacceptable. They then put the advisor on the line and told me they had fixed my AC, without calling me to see if the repairs and cost was okay. Then he proceeded to tell me that my visor needed to be fixed but that the part would come in on the 6th day. I told him it was unacceptable not having a vehicle or a call form him in 5 days. I asked if I could get my car now and the advisor told me I would have to pay the AC repair and the Diagnostic they did on my visor or I could wait one more day get it fixed and pay my 500 deductible. The advisor put me in a bind bc of the diagnostic fee would be throwing my money away. I told him I would wait. On the sixth day, the advisor told me he did not get the part and the he was 100 percent sure it would come in on the 7th day. I was frustrated because now I would be 7 days without my car. The advisor did not call me on day 7, I had to call him late in the afternoon and sure enough the part did not come in and wouldn’t be there for another 3 days. I had enough and went to pick up my vehicle and had waive the diagnostic fee. I felt like my car was held hostage and nothing was done, not to mention the AC repair that occurred without my consent! More
