A really bad place to bring your Jeep for repair . My company’s car was brought there ... 3 months ago and I just got it back ! The person in charge of the case was fired.... From bad to worst service, bring back my vehicle 7/19/21 after they missed up the oil engine on 7/10/21 due to forgetting back the cover lid all of a sudden the dashboard popping out engine light on, Vahe G after they missed up the oil engine on 7/10/21 due to forgetting back the cover lid all of a sudden the dashboard popping out engine light on, Vahe Gabrielyan put my vehicle onhold for 6days and recommend to have 4spark plugs changed sounds fishy cause this vehicle just have them replaced spark plugs for less than a year then also recommend to have 4 coil ignition changed and charged me for $1,200 which is a big lie after I find out that my maximum extended warranty service insurance covers it but then I insist not to charged me cuz I just have called the insurance and confirm they will pay for coil ignition, I’m very disappointed with Vahe the advisor besides of not reachable if you don’t keep calling him he won’t update you the status of your vehicle besides I bring my car clean and returning it to me very dirty. Been here for over 5years since purchased my vehicle unfortunately the service department getting no good when it comes to customer service they have no care except by collecting charges. More
