I had to involve Jeep customer service for the service guys to start diagnosing my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe that has been on their service bay for one week.Without calling Jeep I would have to wait guys to start diagnosing my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe that has been on their service bay for one week.Without calling Jeep I would have to wait for another 2 weeks according to the service advisor who also did not perform the oil change after the repair was fixed.In addition I was charged an hourly labor due to a small relay box that they had to remove to repair the issue (electric mode is not working)Very bad experience. The problem is never getting a good estimate on how long it might take to do a repair. I was left guessing and wondering whether or not I need to rent a car or not. I decided to wait till the next day to he it might take to do a repair. I was left guessing and wondering whether or not I need to rent a car or not. I decided to wait till the next day to hear back from them. At that point they said it might be anywhere between 1 week to a couple of months. They could not offer me a rental but directed me to contact corporate. A few of my vehicle issues were not addressed or corrected. It seems like there is a pack of understanding that some of us have jobs and commitments and can't be left hanging not having any clue. More
