Also, as I was waiting at the dealer, I noticed my car parked for about 40 minutes. When I asked if it was ready, I was told they were just about to call me to let me know that it was. Therefore, I was probably sitting there for 40 minutes when my car was ready already! So I think they overbook and don’t have enough staff to work. More

I travel to this dealership from west LA. I was surprised at my recent visit as I was given poor information about drop off and I received my car after the windshield install very dirty. There was dust from the work all over my dash, seats and center console. For early drop off I was told I could drop my car in the service center entrance. When I arrived, all the gates were closed. I had to leave my vehicle in the street. More
