First of all, I am really dissatisfied with the service the Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Van Nuys gave me a week ago. I took my car for maintenance which included oil change, tire rotation, the Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Van Nuys gave me a week ago. I took my car for maintenance which included oil change, tire rotation, software upgrade. I discussed all the issues i been having lately with the car. I dropped of the car on Wednesday and the technician told me it would be ready in 3 days. I called the shop that Friday and the technician(Hector) said he would call me back. Nobody gave me a call back. So, I decided to go Saturday morning just so they could tell me that services were done but they weren’t able to do the tire rotation because they did not know how to remove the tires lug nuts covers 🤦🏻♂️. How is that possible if they are the mechanics. I understand that the services are free but I would think that the same job effort should be done if even if the customer is paying for services. Second issue I have with this dealership is that i had taken my previous Ram in for maintenance and one of the technician hit my car. I was given a car rental but the dealership never paid for it. I found this out when i took my current Jeep for a sunroof installation at different dealership. I would think that you guys would try to give the best services to your customers but it’s been more than one time. This is not professional at all. More

Discovered leaking fluid after recent oil change. Contacted the service manager Mike A. His team immediately contacted me to obtain my vehicle for inspection. A porter named Matthew was uber to my wo Contacted the service manager Mike A. His team immediately contacted me to obtain my vehicle for inspection. A porter named Matthew was uber to my work location to pick up my vehicle. He arrived at the exact time decided upon. I surrender my vehicle to him and he returned to the dealership. Roger (Service desk) kept text contact with updates to me as to the issue. Transmission heater bolts were loose leaking fluid. My transmission had the recommended first time fluid exchange in June or July 2021. I was injured a few days later and had not driven my vehicle much at all until the recent maintenance oil change 2/24/22. I noticed the issue the first day I returned to work this week after my injury. Smoke from tail pipe and burning smell. Mike directed his team with urgency and the issue was detected and handled in an expedited timeframe. No charge was incurred. I continue to be impressed with the service I have received and will continue to trust routine car maintenance with Russell Westbrook Dodge. Kudos to Mike A(Service Manager) Roger(@Service Desk) and your very professional young Porter Matthew!! When he drove my car back to my work location (Valley Presbyterian Hospital) Van Nuys, Ca he did it with a smile and humor. Im walking with a cane and can only enter my car on the drivers side. I asked him to be my passenger as I drove him to drop him off back at the dealership. We laughed and joked the short ride back!! He's a keeper!! Promote him to do more for your service dept/company and know he could have joy ride in my RAM truck but he didn't!!! He was on point of pick up and delivery back timeframe both times! All of this service made my day especially when handicapped. Keep up the great customer service!! Its almost time for me to start shopping for my next truck or ??? The nurse down the street has spread the word as employees witnessed the wonderful delivery service when all was said and done! Got me back on the 405 fwy headed back to the Santa Clarita Valley and not stranded for hours. Much appreciated! Donuts or Pizza on me my next maintenance visit! Hope Russell Westbrook reads the survey reviews! Ive witnessed the change and volume of staff over the 6 plus years since my truck purchase! Everyone is working hard in their roles even the cleaning lady!!! Great job!! More
