She gave me a brief, but comprehensive overview of Van Devere. It was clear they had a different approach to selling cars vs.the 4 other dealers I recently visited. She then went to get the car from the lot and ran it through the car wash. It's a little thing, but the other dealers had me drive their cars covered with thick pollen dust. After our test drive, I mentioned the brakes seemed to have a pulsation. She agreed. The next day, she called to tell me they replaced the rotors. I ended up buying a car from another dealer who had a Jeep more in line with what we were looking for from a feature perspective. However, I will definitely keep Beth and VanDevere in mind for our next car buying opportunity. More
