I had a deeply disappointing experience with this dealership’s service department. While Olivia was kind and communicative, the rest of the team—particularly Kyle Dickon—fell short in professionalism dealership’s service department. I initially brought my car in due to battery issues, clearly explaining that the alternator had recently been replaced and the battery was new. The mechanic incorrectly blamed an EMP protector for draining the battery, despite it being a passive device. I was charged $228.95 for this misdiagnosis, which led to unnecessary stress and confusion. Days later, my car died again—this time while driving, causing a dangerous situation. I had to pay $142.35 for towing. Kyle then claimed both the alternator and battery needed replacement, despite the battery being under warranty. I had two independent checks done afterward, and both confirmed there was nothing wrong with the battery, meaning I was lied to about needing a replacement. Kyle’s communication was unprofessional and vague, failing to provide a proper breakdown of charges or respond to follow-ups. I emailed both the service manager and the owner and never received a response. The lack of accountability and poor customer service was unacceptable. I was charged additional fees for battery charging and diagnostics, even though the root issue was missed during the first visit. No offer was made to adjust the bill despite the initial misdiagnosis. As a CI Analyst with a background in customer service and retail management, I know what quality service looks like—and this was not it. I will not return to this dealership and will be reporting the experience to Kia corporate. More

Every time I go in for a recall, oil change or in one case new tires, I leave with another very expensive repair. They just happen to act up as I leave the garage. Since I had the brake lines go out on me last Year at this time, all they said I needed was undercoating and then a refund on the bill from last year. When I drove it in this morning, the brake pedal was tight, braking at a high level. When I left, I got a block or two away, touched the brake and had to put it to the floor to get it to stop. Took it right back in and they tell me that my front calibers are bad. This garage is known for charging for unnecessary repairs and people having problems right after they repair something. They will never see my face again. More

Buyer beware. Sales people are OK if you are buying new. Patrick in sales is awesome. Be careful buying used from these people. My daughter got sold two lemons. Way over priced. Terrible service. My daughter had continuous engine oil problems and the service department kept telling her nothing wrong, waiting until she had over 100k miles because they didn't want to warranty it. As soon as it hit 100k miles they told her can't help you, it's out of warranty. She had to let the bank repo it and file bankruptcy because it was senseless to make payments on a vehicle that wasn't drivable. A new engine was cost prohibitive. My son quit taking his car back for service there because they would break stuff while working on it and then deny it. I will not take my wife's car back for service there because of the problems mentioned above and they do shoddy work and are way overpriced. And they keep trying to scam us by pushing maintenance services that are not required, threatening to not honor our warranty if we don't get them, while charging more than double the price of other dealers for said services. No one in my family and none of our friends will ever buy another vehicle from this place. More
