We went to many dealerships looking for a new car. No dealership had or would get us the car we wanted. But when we came to Kia Vandevere we met Jeff Ross, we found him to be very friendly and knowlegde dealership had or would get us the car we wanted. But when we came to Kia Vandevere we met Jeff Ross, we found him to be very friendly and knowlegdeable and ready to help us find the car we wanted. No hard sell, he let the car sell itself by explaining and demostrating what the car had in it. When we found the type of car we wanted, it was not available in their lot so he went the extra distance to find the Kia we wanted, and got it from another Kia dealership. We had just had a bad experience with another Kia dealer when I called and spoke with Jeff Ross. I explained what we were looking for as far as price and service. He worked with us and found the perfect car for us. We spent a small amount of time working directly with Jeff and the finance department and walked away with the car of our dreams! We were very happy with the integrity shown to us while there! I have to say that this experience dealing with VanDevere Kia was actually pleasant!~ Not something we have ever had the pleasure of saying in the past. We are very impressed with all the departments we were exposed to, as well. We were impressed that a member of the service department came over and explained what to expect (and even gave us an appointment for 90 days to make sure all service was planned!). We were introduced to the Finance Manager who walked through the process before actually beginning the process. Jeff was beside us each step of the way, introducing us to the department representatives. All in all, we were extremely impressed with the ENTIRE car shopping experience. We definately will refer VanDevere to anyone we can. Thank you so much! More
