Sales Associate "Great" - " Everything else was typical" The Sales Professional that I worked with, Eric Fuentes, was very friendly, helpful and professional.He went above and beyond for me. These further comments are no reflection on Eric but the management above him and finance team did not impress me. It was the typical scenario where a dealership needs to move certain inventory and makes that the priority instead of customer satisfaction. I did leave Vandergriff with a nice vehicle but not the vehicle I came for. I also felt like I was pushed into a payment that was way beyond what I said I was able to do, which is my fault because I just should have said no to the entire deal. More
