After an oil change I found some bolts missing from the air cleaner box. I contacted them to complain and get the problem resolved and got an email response "sorry for the mishap". That was is. The vehicle had scratches all over and despite me literally informing the dealership about the scratches and incorrect mileage they failed to fix the problem. To the dealership's credit, they cancelled the transaction and gave me a full refund when I refused to accept delivery. More
