Vandergriff Toyota is unethical and thiefs. I purchased a car from this dealership. When I had decided on the car I wished to purchase I was presented with a $6,000 plus fee that I did not agre I purchased a car from this dealership. When I had decided on the car I wished to purchase I was presented with a $6,000 plus fee that I did not agree to. Only after I demanded to know what the additional fee was for was I told it was for a maintenance program. I was not asked if I wanted the program. It was automatically added to the purchase price. I refused to pay for it. Then when I picked up my plates for the car I purchased some items in the dealership shop. Since you can't see the invoice until after you pay I noticed that the sales person had charged me for two organizers when I had only purchased one. I was told by the cashier that they don't give refunds so I sol. I will never do business with Vandergriff Toyota again. I would never take my car there for service. They are unethical and thieves.
