When I arrived at Vandergriff, I was greeted like family, even though the time of closing was approaching. The vehicle that I was planning to purchase did not work out but John went beyond the call of duty to make sure that I had a reliable automobile, something that would meet all of the qualities that I wanted in a vehicle. He explains all the details about your prospective car in detail and high clarity. Even though I did not qualify for the car I wanted initially, he worked with other officials at the dealer and made adjustments until I qualified. Even better, he went ahead to work with the finance guys and helped to reduced my monthly by a significant amount! Also, he referred me to this other guy that helped me get a waaaay better quote and price for my insurance.He's also a really nice person and easy to get along with and the whole car buying was personalized and focused on meeting the needs of my customers.
