I have high expectations and standards for customer care and how want to be treated. From the time my wife and I arrived until the time we left with our new vehicles, we were treated with the greatest respect and provided with great service. The atmosphere is both professional and relaxed. There was no tension and none of the typical "games" that many dealerships use. It was, absolutely, the best purchasing experience... probably even better than when I sold myself a vehicle because I do talk to myself, and probably argued ! Michael Thomas is the BEST! My wife and I were about 30% sure we were going to buy a new Honda. After visiting the dealership and meeting Michael Thomas I was 95% sure I was going to buy. The biggest point that I can stress, was that he was not pushy like car salesman can be. He gave us our options and let us know that he was available to answer any questions that we had. He then left us alone to talk and feel comfortable with our decision. He was available and on the spot with every question that we had. Very respectful and caring man. I felt that I was dealing with a friend and not a salesman. 100% satisfied with my experience.
