All personnel Customer Service professionals VannYork Honda is rare in my experience with car dealerships. Naturally, you are greeted at the door by a Salesperson (and the Receptionist). But beyo VannYork Honda is rare in my experience with car dealerships. Naturally, you are greeted at the door by a Salesperson (and the Receptionist). But beyond that, if you already stared working with a Salesperson, anyone else you meet will gladly help you if your person is busy or not there. To me, it's the equivalent of another waitperson filling my coffee cup while my server is in the kitchen. THAT is Customer Service. I needed to visit the Parts Department to ask about something for our new Civic. The Salesperson who met me gladly offered to take me there. On the way, we met up with Mr. York. I told him how helpful and congenial everyone is. He thanked me and see he strives for that appreciation of Customer Service in all his employees. It was a short, but enjoyable conversation. And the Parts person spent more time with me than I would have. :-) A truly enjoyable car-leasing experience. Been a very long time since I've been able to say that. More

Williamson even went so far as to bring me a plate from the Christmas Luncheon the dealership was having. There was a piece of paperwork I needed and he came to my job to give it to me.
