Mike Thomas gave us an awesome overview of all the car's safety and technical features; and he took me out for a test drive. I was very impressed both by the CRV Touring model and by Mike! We then went to look at a competing vehicle, which until seeing the CRV and talking with Mike, was the model I was leaning towards. The car was really very nice; but, the sales presentation left us with a lot of questions. Bottom line, Mike's enthusiasm, knowledge about his product, and friendly attitude sold us, and my husband & I agreed that we wanted to do business with him. Negotiating was a pleasant experience, we left feeling we were given a fair deal. I absolutely LOVE my beautiful new car! As a senior citizen, I was, initially, a little intimidated by the technology package; but, within hours I had my phone synced and the navigating system mastered. The 2015 CRV is so comfortable and easy to operate; a treat to drive! I also want to compliment L. McDowell in the credit department; he was very pleasant to work with.
