New car Buying Experience I had a great experience buying my new CRV from Vann York Honda. Raymond Hatch was standing outside when we pulled up to the dealership and asked if I had a great experience buying my new CRV from Vann York Honda. Raymond Hatch was standing outside when we pulled up to the dealership and asked if there was anything he could help us with right after we exited our car. Raymond was helpful and knowledgable but not pushy. My wife and I had a tee time scheduled so we couldn't complete our deal on the day we first stopped, Saturday. Raymond was understanding and didn't try to hold us there longer to complete a deal. We received a call from Chris Thompson on Monday to let us know that they would love to have us as customers. My wife and I returned to the dealership that afternoon and completed the deal. They have a relaxed and comfortable way of dealing with people at Vann York. We are new to the area from New York and got to experience that great southern hospitality that you hear about. More

He was very nice and patient. He wasn't trying to hassle me or rip me off, he listened to what I had to say and did his best to make sure that I got the car I wanted but made sure that it was also what I could afford. When I told him how much I was looking to spend he only showed me cars in that price range. He was very honest and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience there. I absolutely love my 08 civic. I don't think I could've found a better car at a better price with the same benefits.
