Corbett is a very personable and knowledgeable salesperson who took the time to educate me on the car I was most interested in. This is the third Honda we have owned, although the last (2001 Odyssey) has now had two replacement transmissions. I feel confident the Accord will meet expectations that its high rating provides. I did price compare with a competitor who indicated a slightly lower guaranteed lease rate that Vann York did match but be careful because others may not be as patient or loyal and just go with the competitors price just to save time. After driving the car, I realized that I preferred a car with specific features that the car I test drove did not have. Tony's manager, Brian, encouraged me to test drive the Honda Crosstour. I fell in love with the car immediately. I went home, researched the car and local asking prices of comparable models, and returned the next workday to purchase it. I made my best offer and they accepted it with no haggling. I love my new car! The service I received from Tony, Joe (in finance), and Brian (the manager) was exemplary.
