This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Vann York is a really lovely facility but the staff is even better. James Petterson, my sales associate, was helpful, knowledge or leasing a vehicle. Vann York is a really lovely facility but the staff is even better. James Petterson, my sales associate, was helpful, knowledgeable, kind and funny. He knew I was stressed out about getting a car, especially with the current car market. He gave me fair pricing (and stuck to it), sent me photos and extra information when I needed it, responded quickly to my constant questions and let me ask for updates throughout the week on my car's arrival without making me feel like I was being annoying. I truly don't want to ever buy a car from anyone else. I wish I could rate him a 50 out of 5! And how could I forget Luis!? He was also extremely easy to work with, considerate, hilarious and overall made an experience ENJOYABLE... that is normally awkward, boring, and taxing. Just like James, I would give him all the stars!!! More
