Taylor was wonderful. However, the finance manager was not. What he did was absurd. My mother is Taylor said has stellar credit and was approved for 4% but then he comes i However, the finance manager was not. What he did was absurd. My mother is Taylor said has stellar credit and was approved for 4% but then he comes in charges her 7!!!!!!! That’s highway robbery! He was like a robot, not friendly whatsoever. Because he knew he was getting over on us probably. How has he been there 10 years? What’s ironic is I was speaking with someone and they had a similar experience with the exact same military, looking guy that we had. when I went back to sign the form about holding the check, that finance manager was much nicer. The check was deposited before promised. However, thank goodness the bank cleared the check. I would recommend Taylor and Vann York, but if somebody has to work with that finance manager I would say, don’t go there. More
