After numerous visits to various Toyota dealerships, I can say with conviction that Vann York is THE BEST! Vann York not only gave me the most competitive price but also made this experience very smooth f can say with conviction that Vann York is THE BEST! Vann York not only gave me the most competitive price but also made this experience very smooth for me. This is my first car and I couldn't have asked for a better deal. Mr Charles Martin assisted me in this process. He was extremely prompt in replying to my messages every time and helped me in every possible way to make me feel satisfied about the car that I'm purchasing. Vann York also provided me with a loaner vehicle till the time my new car arrived. Thank you Charles and the entire Vann York family :) More

Taylor was wonderful. However, the finance manager was not. What he did was absurd. My mother is Taylor said has stellar credit and was approved for 4% but then he comes i However, the finance manager was not. What he did was absurd. My mother is Taylor said has stellar credit and was approved for 4% but then he comes in charges her 7!!!!!!! That’s highway robbery! He was like a robot, not friendly whatsoever. Because he knew he was getting over on us probably. How has he been there 10 years? What’s ironic is I was speaking with someone and they had a similar experience with the exact same military, looking guy that we had. when I went back to sign the form about holding the check, that finance manager was much nicer. The check was deposited before promised. However, thank goodness the bank cleared the check. I would recommend Taylor and Vann York, but if somebody has to work with that finance manager I would say, don’t go there. More
