Madison was able to get me the deal that I asked for and did everything within her power to make sure my experience with her and her sales team was a memorable experience. Madison went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied and happy with the deal I made. The moment I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile by one of the staff members. Delondo Poole was my salesman and he is good at what he do. I explained to him how I was involved in a car accident last Tuesday and that my car (2017 Camry) was totaled Delondo helped me out a lot he was very nice and patient I was interested in purchasing a new Camry so he thoroughly explained to me the options I had, showed me the inventory and we test drove two cars. Vann York gave me a good rate for my brand new Camry and the process went very smooth. Even to the finance manager he was very nice and patient. The way you talk to your customers means a lot. I was so depressed about finding a car I had actually went to Rice Toyota at first but they wanted to overcharge me and I felt rushed but when I came to Vann York my day got better. Thanks to the staff at Vann York Toyota I’m back riding again I very satisfied I will send you more customers. More

Worst dealership experience ever! Horrible! Terrible dealership. They lie to you, steal your money and will obviously try to do whatever it takes to sell a car - except honor their deal.
